Back to Speech 2014-15 Edition

It will be back to speech before I know it!  I successfully updated my first ever product, Back to Speech, even gave it away to 5 people that took the time to comment on a previous post and now I just want to blog about it!  Should you be just starting out in a new school-based SLP position {congrats} or needing a little updating or a change in the way you organize for a new year, please check out this product.

Here is the overview

This organization packet includes the following items to help you get ready for going back to speech at the beginning of a new school year.

Target skills student log sheet. Write speech and language targets on each I CAN an I WILL line and log dates each time targets are addressed in therapy. Great for parent communication!

Communication Contract. Three options for including student, student & parent, and student, parent & teacher signatures with speech bubbles defining target speech and language areas with Common Core State Standards connections.

Poster (8 ½ x 11) pages of each target speech and language area with I CAN statement and Common Core link.

Student folder labels, including Speech & Language Label with name line, Day & Time of Speech Label with clock, To Do Label, and Finished Label. Print on Avery 5160 address labels and Avery 5163 shipping labels. Use these labels when setting up student folders, with larger sized shipping labels on the cover and smaller sized address labels on the inside of each side of a 2-pocket folder.

Sticker Charts. Six slightly different “Star Speech Performer” sticker charts to use for student rewards.

Parent Letter sample and editable template.

Teacher message quarter sheets sample and editable template.

Here is the preview.

Here's to the end of summer and a smooth start to the new school year!  What are you using with your students to start back to speech on the right foot?
